Xóa tài khoản (Delete Account)

Ứng dụng VT Việt Nam Quyết Thắng cho phép người dùng đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google. Người dùng có quyền yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan bất cứ lúc nào.
Cách yêu cầu xóa tài khoản
Người dùng có thể gửi yêu cầu xóa tài khoản qua email:

Vui lòng cung cấp địa chỉ email đã sử dụng để đăng nhập ứng dụng để chúng tôi có thể xác minh và xử lý yêu cầu.
Dữ liệu sẽ bị xóa
Sau khi yêu cầu được xác nhận, chúng tôi sẽ xóa:
- Thông tin tài khoản người dùng.
- Thông tin hồ sơ cá nhân.
- Dữ liệu liên quan đến tài khoản trên hệ thống.
Dữ liệu có thể được lưu giữ
Một số dữ liệu có thể được lưu giữ trong một khoảng thời gian nhất định nhằm:
- Tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật.
- Giải quyết tranh chấp hoặc khiếu nại.
- Đảm bảo an toàn và bảo mật hệ thống.
Thời gian xử lý
Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản sẽ được xử lý trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc kể từ khi chúng tôi nhận được yêu cầu hợp lệ.

How to request account deletion
Users can send a request to:

Please provide the email address used to sign in to the application so that we can verify and process your request.
Data that will be deleted
After verification, we will delete:
- User account information.
- Personal profile information.
- Related data stored in our system.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period in order to:
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Resolve disputes and complaints.
- Maintain system security and integrity.
Processing time
Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a valid request.
